Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Depending on your location and stock availability, we may ship from our US or overseas warehouses using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or USPS.
Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse. You can also monitor your delivery status at any time on our Track Your Order page.

After your order is processed, it is transferred to our shipping department. You will receive an automated email with tracking details the moment it is dispatched.
While we offer free outbound shipping, please note that any original shipping charges (such as paid priority shipping) are non-refundable. Additionally, for returns due to size or preference, a return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
Please contact our customer care team immediately at support@decrum.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
If your item is already in transit, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier (DHL, FedEx, or USPS) with your tracking number to request a delivery reschedule or hold.
